  1. To enter, fill out and send entry electronically with your name, address, and phone number. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected form. By entering, each participant agrees to official sweepstakes rules and the decisions of Ecowater Systems LLC.

  2. All entries must be received no later than September 30, 2008. Only one entry per household. Winner will be determined by random drawing from eligible entries on October 15, 2008, and notified within 48 hours. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Entries become the property of EcoWater LLC. Judges' decisions are final in all respects.

  3. Winner will receive a new Ford Mustang Convertible (approximate value $24,000) of sponsor's choosing, including options of sponsor's choosing, including options of sponsor's choosing, OR $20,000 cash paid in lump sum. Delivery, license, and registration fees shall be the sole responsibility of winner. One prize will be awarded.

  4. This sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States 18 years old or older, except employees of EcoWater LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the families of each. Decisions of EcoWater Systems LLC regarding eligibility and compliance with these rules are final in all respects. EcoWater Systems reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time, for any reason.

  5. Sweepstakes winner will be required to sign a Release of Liability and publicity release agreeing to the use of his or her name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sweepstakes winner releases sponsor from any liability incurred in connection with acceptance or use of the prize. Void where prohibited by law.
